Additional Sandals & Beaches Resorts for Pickleball Lovers to Consider
- Beaches Turks & Caicos: 8 dedicated courts (Grace Bay, Turks & Caicos). Beaches Turks & Caicos has eight dedicated pickleball courts plus a huge lineup of family amenities all set on Grace Bay, one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated beaches. With 21 restaurants, a 45,000-square-foot waterpark, and an impressive array of accommodations, this resort has everything for a perfect family vacation.
- Sandals Halcyon Beach: 2 hybrid courts (Castries, Saint Lucia). Halcyon has 2 hybrid courts and a much quieter, garden-style vibe than La Toc or (eventually) Grande St. Lucian. The big selling point here is the “Stay at 1, Play at 3” St. Lucia exchange: honeymooners or couples who want peace can stay at Halcyon and shuttle to La Toc (10 dedicated courts) when they want a more serious pickleball block.
- Sandals Negril: 2 hybrid courts (Negril, Jamaica). Negril has 2 hybrid courts and is consistently praised as one of the best beach resorts in the portfolio, sitting right on Seven Mile Beach. It’s a nice match for couples who want long walks and sunsets first, and pickleball as a fun extra rather than the main event.
- Sandals Royal Plantation: 2 hybrid courts (Ocho Rios, Jamaica). Royal Plantation has 2 hybrid courts and a more boutique, all–butler feel. The quiet atmosphere plus shuttle access to Ochi means you can hit low-key games “at home” and then head over to the 4 dedicated courts at Ochi when you want more action or clinics.
- Sandals Grenada: 1 hybrid court (St. George’s, Grenada). Grenada has only 1 hybrid court, but I am including it because the overall resort is a such a fan favorite (quick transfer, strong diving, dramatic pools). For heavy players it’s too limited, but for couples who only plan to play occasionally, it’s a solid “play a few times, then dive/snorkel the rest of the week” option.
- Sandals Grande St. Lucian: “Coming Soon” (Gros Islet, Saint Lucia). The official Sandals pickleball page lists Grande St. Lucian as “Coming Soon” for pickleball, with insiders highlighting multiple courts planned. Check directly with Sandals for current status or focus your Saint Lucia pickleball dreams on La Toc for now.
